You may qualify if you have a BMI of 30 or higher, a BMI of 27 or higher with a related health condition (like diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol), or if you’re transferring from another program with a valid prescription. For patients with a BMI under 27, our providers may recommend microdosing for metabolic health, a short-term “last 10 lbs” plan to break through plateaus, or a maintenance program to prevent weight regain after reaching your goal.
