Tuyo Health is a Spanish-first telehealth company that treats weight loss, primary care, sexual health, hormones, birth control and hair loss online for Latino adults in the U.S. We started in 2024 because too many Latino patients were getting their care through a translator, or not getting it at all.
So we built the opposite. Your visit, your messages and your instructions come in the language you think in, from clinicians licensed in your state. No insurance. No waiting rooms. No translating your own symptoms.

Primary care starts at $9.99 a month and weight loss starts at $155 a month on a 12-month plan paid upfront ($1,860), or $199 month to month. Longer plans cost less per month, and you can cancel anytime.

Do I need insurance?
No. Tuyo is designed for people paying on their own, with or without insurance. Primary care starts at $9.99 a month, and weight loss starts at $155 a month on a 12-month plan paid upfront.
Who will treat me?
A U.S.-licensed physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant who is licensed in your state, depending on your case. You can talk with your care team in Spanish or English.
Is Tuyo available where I live?
Tuyo serves patients in [~40] U.S. states and Puerto Rico, and offers weight loss, primary care and hair loss in Mexico. When you start your evaluation, we’ll confirm right away whether we can treat you in your state.
What if I don’t qualify?
You pay nothing. If a clinician decides treatment isn’t right for you, you aren’t charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime, and longer plans (3, 6 or 12 months) lower your monthly price. Longer plans are paid upfront.
Are Tuyo’s weight loss medications FDA-approved?
Tuyo offers both brand-name and compounded GLP-1 medications, and your clinician will tell you which one fits your plan. Compounded GLP-1 medications offered through our platform are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These compounded formulations are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies and are not the same as, nor affiliated with, brand-name medications such as Wegovy®, Ozempic®, or Zepbound™. The safety and efficacy of compounded GLP-1 products have not been reviewed or endorsed by the FDA.
What side effects can GLP-1 medications cause?
The most common include nausea, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, bloating, and mild stomach discomfort. Some people also experience injection site reactions, like redness or swelling. More serious side effects, though rare, can include pancreatitis, thyroid issues, or allergic reactions.
