Vaginal dryness, burning and pain during sex are some of the most common symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. Our menopause treatment helps with them, and it may also ease hot flashes and night sweats. A licensed clinician reviews your answers online, and if treatment is right for you, it ships in discreet packaging.

Why Tuyo
Safety
Hormone therapy got a bad reputation from older research on whole-body hormones. Low-dose vaginal estrogen is different: it works mainly in the tissue where it's applied, and current urology and gynecology guidelines recommend it for these symptoms.

A licensed clinician checks your history, medications and risk factors first.
If your clinician needs more information, they'll order labs, billed separately.
If hormones aren't right for you, your clinician can suggest non-hormonal options or refer you for in-person care.

What do I pay, and when?
Today you only pay the $49 consultation, which covers your clinician's review and is charged even if nothing is prescribed. If you're prescribed treatment, both medications are $39.99/mo, billed together every 3 months ($119.97). Labs are a separate cost, only if your clinician says they're needed.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Canceling stops your next shipment and your next charge.
Do I need insurance?
No. The price is the same with or without insurance.
Is vaginal estrogen safe?
Low-dose vaginal estrogen works mainly where it's applied, and current guidelines recommend it for these symptoms. It isn't right for everyone, which is why your clinician reviews your history before prescribing.
What if I've had breast cancer or a hysterectomy?
Tell us in your questionnaire. If you've had a hysterectomy, you may not need progesterone, and your clinician will tell you. With some conditions, including a history of breast cancer, treatment may not be right for you or may need your oncologist's input.
Why is progesterone included?
Estrogen can thicken the lining of the uterus. Progesterone helps keep that lining protected, which is why it's usually paired with estrogen if you still have your uterus. Your clinician decides if you need it and explains how to take it.
Where do you ship, and how does it arrive?
We're available in most U.S. states and Puerto Rico. You'll confirm your state at the start of the questionnaire, before you pay anything. Your treatment arrives in plain packaging, with nothing on the outside that says what's inside.
